- Troubleshoots and resolves complex technical issues related to AMI applications.
- Coordinates with internal teams and vendors to ensure proper configuration and deployment of AMI software.
- Optimizes application performance, reliability, and system integration.
- Supports system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Provides technical support, documentation, and training to system users.
- Reviews application logs, performance indicators, and incident reports.
- Ensures compliance with application security, governance, and IT standards.
- Supports junior engineers and operational staff with technical guidance.
- Performs other assignments as directed by management.
