We are seeking a **Lead Product Designer (m/f/d)** who will take full ownership of our product design vision.

This role goes beyond visual design—you will shape the overall user experience strategy and guide a team of designers toward delivering impactful solutions.

You will act as the voice of the user while collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.

Lead the full design lifecycle from research and concept development to prototyping and final delivery.

Guide and mentor designers, fostering a collaborative environment and raising the overall quality of design output.

Conduct usability testing and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions and improve product performance.

Communicate design concepts clearly to stakeholders and justify decisions based on user needs and business goals.

At least 6 years of experience in product design, with prior experience leading or mentoring a design team.

A comprehensive portfolio showcasing detailed case studies that highlight your design thinking and problem solving approach.

Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, prototyping, and design systems.

Fluent English is required.

Arabic is a plus for client interactions.

You are results driven and adaptable, balancing attention to detail with the ability to deliver within deadlines.
