Distinct Architecture Contracting Company seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer for a mixed-use commercial project in Al Khobar. The role involves technical office and site coordination for MEP, ELV, and electrical infrastructure works.

Responsibilities
- Review electrical and ELV design drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements
- Prepare, review, and coordinate shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, method statements, and technical proposals
- Coordinate electrical works with structural, architectural, mechanical, infrastructure, and landscape disciplines
- Follow up consultant approvals and ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable standards
- Support procurement through technical evaluation of suppliers, materials, and subcontractors
- Monitor site execution to ensure works are installed according to approved drawings and project requirements
- Manage electrical/ELV first fix works including conduits, containment, sleeves, risers, cable trays, underground duct banks, manholes, backboxes, and coordination openings
- Prepare redline/as built drawings, testing and commissioning documentation, closeout files, and handover requirements
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 10+ years of experience, preferably with strong contracting background
- Proven experience in technical office and site execution for large scale building, hospitality, commercial, mixed use, infrastructure, or public realm projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical power systems, ELV systems, lighting, containment, first fix works, infrastructure coordination, and authority requirements
- Experience with shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, method statements, as built drawings, and consultant coordination
- Strong communication skills in English
- LEED experience is highly preferable
- Must be available to join immediately or within a very short notice period

Key Responsibilities
