We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the electrical design and delivery of high‑voltage primary substation projects.
This role is ideal for a technically strong professional who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment and is comfortable taking ownership from concept through commissioning.

Your Role
As a
Senior Engineer - Electrical
- , you will:
- Lead the full electrical design lifecycle for primary substations from concept, detailed design, and construction support through to commissioning
- Develop and review key design deliverables including: Single Line Diagrams (SLD); Overload and Load (OEL) calculations; DC systems, earthing, and lightning protection designs; Cable schedules and interconnection diagrams
- Prepare protection relay settings and conduct protection coordination and ETAP studies
- Review vendor drawings, prepare material requisitions, and perform technical bid evaluations
- Coordinate closely with civil and MEP disciplines, vendors, utilities, and clients to ensure integrated project delivery
- Support FAT/SAT activities, authority approvals, site supervision, and final commissioning
What We’re Looking For
- **Experience:**
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects.
- **Education:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- **Expertise:**
- Proven experience in primary substation electrical design, ideally in utility or large infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of HV systems, protection schemes, earthing, and power system studies.
- Hands-on experience with ETAP and relay coordination studies.
- Ability to interface with clients, authorities, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
