We're hiring: Senior Electrical Engineer (MEP) — Dubai & Abu Dhabi
AlphaStone Contracting is building a lean, high-calibre MEP team to deliver landmark projects across the UAE — high-rise towers, hospitals, malls, large villa communities, and mission-critical telecom/meet-me rooms.
We're looking for an Electrical Engineer who has genuinely done it all and wants to help build something that competes on quality.
What You'Ll Do
- Lead electrical design review, shop drawings, load schedules, and ELV/low-current coordination across diverse building types.
- Own authority submissions and approvals end-to-end — DEWA in Dubai and ADDC/AADC in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
- Coordinate power, lighting, fire alarm, BMS, and structured cabling/telecom systems, including MMR and data-room scope.
- Drive clash-free coordination with mechanical and civil teams (Revit MEP / BIM environment).
- Supervise site execution, testing, and commissioning
- What you'll bring:
- BSc in Electrical Engineering with ~10 years of UAE/GCC MEP contracting experience across towers, malls, villas, hospitals, and MMR/telecom projects.
- A plus if registered/graded with Dubai Municipality and DEWA, and with Abu Dhabi Municipality/DMT and ADDC (AADC experience a strong plus).
- Solid ELV / low-current and meet-me room / telecom experience (etisalat/du familiarity highly valued).
- Strong command of Revit MEP, coordination workflows, and authority approval processes in both emirates.
- A quality-first mindset and the drive to help shape a growing contractor from the ground up.
