Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electrical Drafter located in Abu Dhabi.
The Electrical Drafter will be responsible for preparing technical drawings and electrical plans based on engineering designs.
Tasks include supporting electrical design projects, collaborating with engineers to ensure specifications are met, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
The role also involves revising existing designs, addressing project requirements, and assisting in creating accurate and detailed documentation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Electrical Design and in-depth knowledge of Electricity principles
- Advanced skills in Technical Drawing and creating Electrical Plans
- Understanding of Electrical Engineering fundamentals and practical applications
- Experience using CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in drafting
- Ability to interpret complex engineering specifications and translate them into detailed drawings
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Drafting, or a related field
- Prior experience in electromechanical or construction industries is a plus
- Materials submittals knowledge.
