We are looking for a Senior eCommerce Operations Manager (m f d) who will take ownership of operational excellence across our Shopify ecosystem. This is not just about managing workflows you will define how our clients scale efficiently, ensuring smooth coordination between design, development, and fulfillment teams.

You will lead a focused team of specialists, bridging the gap between business goals and execution. You will act as the operational backbone, ensuring every store runs efficiently while continuously improving processes and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Ownership
Oversee end to end eCommerce operations including order management, fulfillment coordination, and process optimization across multiple Shopify stores.

Process Optimization
Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions that improve speed, accuracy, and overall performance.

Team Leadership
Manage and mentor a team of operations specialists, ensuring accountability, development, and high performance.

Cross Functional Collaboration
Work closely with design, development, and marketing teams to align operational workflows with business objectives.

Performance Monitoring
Track KPIs such as conversion rates, fulfillment times, and customer satisfaction, using data to drive continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking For

Experience
6 plus years in eCommerce operations or digital business management, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.

Platform Knowledge
Strong experience with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms, including order systems, apps, and integrations.

Analytical Skills
Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed operational decisions.

Leadership
Proven ability to manage teams, delegate effectively, and build a results driven culture.

Mindset
You are proactive and solutions focused. You know how to balance speed with quality and can scale operations without losing attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR18,000.00 - QAR24,000.00 per month
