Have a strong understanding of onsite merchandising, CRO principles and ecommerce best practice
Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and time-management skills.
Be analytically strong and comfortable translating data into action
Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering best-in-class customer journeys.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Digital Trade Manager in delivering the ecommerce trading strategy to improve conversion, revenue, margin and customer experience
- Owning day‐to‐day onsite trading across priority categories, campaigns and launches
- Leading onsite execution of trade calendars, promotional activity, launches and brand moments
- Taking accountability for site merchandising performance, including navigation, PLPs, search, collections and landing pages

- Ensuring stock availability, sell‐through and margin considerations are reflected in onsite decisions
- Troubleshooting onsite issues, raising risks early and ensuring trading standards remain high at all times
- Supporting the execution of affiliate activity, ensuring campaigns, promotions and onsite journeys are aligned to trading priorities and performance objectives.

This is great news for our business. We want to know about you and why you feel that this is the opportunity for you. Please note, this is not a remote role and our expectation is that you will be able to attend Head Office in a hybrid way, in Greater Manchester.
