We are seeking an experienced Electronic Games Project Manager to lead our dynamic game development team.
This role is pivotal in driving the successful creation and launch of innovative electronic games that captivate audiences and achieve commercial success.
The ideal candidate will bring a passion for gaming combined with strong project management expertise to oversee the entire development lifecycle from concept to market release.
Job Purpose
To lead and manage the development and delivery of electronic games, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating cross-functional teams and navigating the technical and creative challenges inherent in game development.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead development and delivery of electronic games ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Apply expertise in agile or iterative project management methodologies throughout game development cycles
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and artists effectively
- Utilize strong communication skills to align stakeholders and navigate technical and creative challenges
- Implement robust risk management strategies to ensure project success
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation throughout development cycles
- Oversee quality assurance processes and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Facilitate creative problem-solving to address development challenges
- Drive project delivery from concept phase through to launch and post-release support
