Job Summary
SellerVerse Commerce Solutions W.L.L. is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Senior E-Commerce Operations Manager to lead online commerce operations, marketplace management, and digital sales performance in Doha.

What you'll do
- Lead daily e-commerce operations across online platforms and digital sales channels
- Manage product listings, inventory coordination, order fulfillment, and marketplace performance
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve online sales and customer experience
- Monitor KPIs including conversion rates, sales performance, order accuracy, and operational efficiency
- Coordinate with logistics, customer support, and marketing teams on operational initiatives
- Ensure smooth processing of orders, returns, payments, and fulfillment activities
- Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and operational data to support decision-making
- Manage relationships with marketplace platforms, vendors, and external partners
- Drive process improvements, automation, and operational optimization initiatives
- Lead and mentor e-commerce operations and support teams
Requirements
- Experience in e-commerce operations, online retail management, or marketplace operations
- Strong understanding of digital commerce platforms and fulfillment workflows
- Leadership and cross-functional team management capabilities
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple operational priorities in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field preferred or equivalent experience
