Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic **Senior E-commerce Manager** to lead our online retail operations, oversee digital sales channels, and drive growth through innovative e-commerce strategies.
This role requires a professional with strong expertise in digital marketing, online merchandising, and operational excellence.
The Senior E-commerce Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s digital commerce vision and ensuring seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage e-commerce operations across multiple platforms.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and customer retention.
- Oversee product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and IT teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and optimize digital strategies.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar’s e-commerce regulations and international standards.
- Mentor and guide e-commerce teams, fostering innovation and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in e-commerce management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving online sales growth and managing digital platforms.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce tools, analytics, and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with regional and global e-commerce trends.
