Provide technical leadership in the planning, design, and coordination of dry utilities systems across complex development projects.

Ensure utility networks are efficient, coordinated, and aligned with overall project delivery plans and authority requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and coordination of dry utilities, including power, telecommunications, district cooling, ICT, and street lighting systems
  • Develop utility masterplans and ensure integration with wider infrastructure and master planning strategies
  • Coordinate with relevant authorities and service providers to secure approvals and ensure compliance
  • Review and manage design deliverables from consultants, ensuring quality, accuracy, and constructability
  • Interface with multidisciplinary teams to resolve clashes and optimize utility routing
  • Support project planning by aligning utility design with construction sequencing and phasing
  • Identify and manage technical risks related to utilities design and implementation
  • Provide guidance on industry best practices, standards, and emerging technologies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
  • 15+ years of experience in dry utilities design and coordination for major developments
  • Strong knowledge of power distribution, telecom networks, and utility authority requirements
  • Proven experience managing complex interfaces across multiple disciplines
  • Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills
  • Professional certification or chartership preferred
