Translate business requirements and specifications into robust, high-quality code implementations.
Develop front-end and back-end code and write unit tests.
Own software quality and follow industry best practices.
Conduct code reviews and use peer programming and other tools to ensure quality.
Provide technical solutions and guidance to team members, including technical grooming and development.
Collaborate with management on project schedules, development estimates, and identifying and mitigating project risks.
Manage work across multiple projects and deadlines.
Stay informed about tools and technologies that can solve business problems effectively.

5+ years of full-stack development experience with .NET, MVC, Entity Framework or ADO.NET, LINQ, REST APIs, and .NET Core.
Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.
Good understanding of message brokers such as RabbitMQ and event-based architecture.
Experience designing microservices and application architecture.
In-depth understanding of data types, design patterns, OOP, and SOLID principles.
Awareness of software development and testing lifecycles, agile methodologies, and quality and automation practices.
Experience with Elasticsearch, TeamCity, Docker, Kubernetes, or Jenkins is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
