Senior Door Installer / Installation Lead — Luxury Brand (Prime Doors Dubai)

About This Role

Prime Doors Dubai is a luxury door systems company. We supply and install premium doors, partitions and full-glass systems for villas, apartments, hotels and high-end commercial spaces across Dubai and the UAE.

We are looking for a Senior Installer / Installation Lead who will install our products hands-on, take site measurements, coordinate other installers, and gradually grow our installation crew. You will represent the Prime Doors brand in front of luxury clients (villa owners, designers, architects).

PRODUCT SCOPE — what you will install:

- Interior and exterior doors (residential, commercial, fire-rated)

- Various opening systems — hinged, sliding, pocket, pivot, bi-fold, hidden-frame / flush, automatic

- Partition systems — fixed, sliding, movable, demountable

- Glass doors and frameless glass partitions

- Wardrobe and closet door systems

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Install all the products above to the highest professional standard

- Take accurate on-site measurements

- Read technical and shop drawings

- Coordinate other installers on the day of installation

- Hire, onboard and train new installers

- Build and lead a small installation crew (2–5 people)

- Represent Prime Doors to luxury clients — well-presented, polite, organised, careful with the client and with tools

- Ensure clean site, no damage, on time delivery — every job

REQUIREMENTS:

- 3+ years of professional door installation experience

- UAE experience strongly preferred

- Confident with site measurements and shop drawings

- Own installation tools (including tools for glass and partition work) preferred

- Existing partner or installer team preferred

- Strong English (must); Arabic / Russian / Hindi / Tagalog is a plus

- UAE driving licence

- Valid UAE visa / work permission

- Well-presented, educated, professional service mindset

- Base salary 7,000 – 9,000 AED per month (depending on experience and team)
