Primary objective
Perform Document Control Functions with quality and smart approach. Maintain project deliverable register using Inhouse EDMS (ACONEX) system. Assist Lead Document Controller with the handover of the final project documentation to the client. Analyse and generate reports from EDMS application for improvement and further development.
Specific accountabilities:
- Maintain an efficient project-related document control register.
- Squad check and client approval codes & review cycles.
- Document control functions and related applications.
- Extend support to Project team on the review and approval of documentation processes.
- Handling documentation for Sub-Contractors and third party associated.
- Handling Supplier module and vendor data processes.
- Preparing / updating the Document control procedures and plans.
- RLM and ASB related tasks and activities
- Project handover formalities includes Archiving.
- Conduct Weekly DCC Meetings.
- Quality Control (performing compliance checks Viz., ensuring projects are controlled, monitored, and documented; conduct timely Document Control audit.
Essential skills/experience:
- Ability to interact effectively with people. Clear, fluent and expressive use of verbal and written language to convey information and ideas.
- Shall be expert on Computer operations and MS office Products like Excel, Word , Access etc.,Knowledge on SharePoint application.
- Knowledge on Analytical tools like Power Bi is added advantage. Minimum 8 years previous document control experience from a process.
