Senior Director, Technical Program Manager

Lead a global Technical Program Management team, with engineering efforts in the US, Taiwan, and India. Lead through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring. Attract and retain great people; invest in their growth. Define security features to help customers secure their own data, and to keep the fleet secure. Drive complete automation of firmware deployments and recovery, to achieve the highest deployment speeds and yields, at the lowest cost. Measure the business impact of our work. Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 3+ years people management experience. 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screening: Bachelor's Degree AND 15+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 8+ years of people management experience. 10+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. 3+ years of experience writing code for commercial products.
