Senior Director, Project Controls, Project & Development Services

• Set project controls service strategy and delivery models.
• Executive sponsor for key clients and programs.
• Oversee Directors and senior leaders.
• Drive talent strategy, succession planning, and capability development.
• Partner with leadership to drive revenue growth.
• Influence market positioning and service innovation.
• Solution highly strategic or complex client requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Certification preferred.
• Fifteen or more years of related experience with 5 or more years of management experience required.
• Ability to contribute to the strategic direction of the assigned department or assigned practice area.
• Advanced project controls skills.
• Expert in client relations, client management and consulting.
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
• Expertise using cost and schedule management software.
• Experience within one or more of the following industries required: construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial or related technical field.
• Must possess exemplary communication skills – both oral and written.
