Senior Director, Product Management, AEC Data

Role overview

Product strategy and delivery

• Lead a cohesive product vision and strategy for AEC data and align with business strategy and sales on market opportunities.
• Manage roadmaps from concept through execution, delivery, and post-release adoption; track objectives, key results, and product health KPIs.
• Lead product discovery, assess customer problems and solution viability, and partner with engineering to deliver solutions.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data in product decisions; coordinate requirements, trade-offs, and release plans across product teams.

Leadership and customer engagement

• Attract, develop, and retain a high-performing team of Product Managers and Product Owners across a geographically dispersed organization.
• Build product management excellence and foster trusted partnerships and alignment across organizational boundaries.
• Develop customer relationships, explain product value, and represent AEC Data Model products and Autodesk strategy at customer sites and events.

Minimum qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience and 5+ years managing a team of product managers.
• Proven success developing and launching software products and leading high-performing teams on sizeable cross-functional projects.
• Proficiency using data and analytics for decisions and business strategy; experience managing stakeholders, risk, and uncertainty.
• Strong ability to communicate complex ideas, product strategy, and vision to executive and customer stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate globally and travel for work up to 25% of the time.

Preferred qualifications

• MBA degree.
• Deep understanding of AEC industry technology.

Salary transparency

• For US-based roles, the posting gives a starting base salary range of CAD 206,000 to CAD 369,050; offers depend on experience and geographic location and may exceed the range.
• The compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, sales commissions where applicable, stock grants, and benefits.

Work arrangement

• The role is described as hybrid remote and may be based in the US, Canada, or UK.
• The role may require in-person onboarding or in-person identity verification.
