Job Summary
Pinnacle Medico is seeking a highly organized and strategic Senior Director of Healthcare Operations & Logistics to oversee healthcare operations, logistics coordination, operational planning, and service performance in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated operations leader who enjoys managing healthcare-related operations, improving workflows, coordinating logistics, and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will help support operational excellence, improve efficiency across departments, and contribute to long-term organizational growth initiatives.
What you'll do
- Lead daily healthcare operations and logistics coordination activities
- Oversee operational workflows, scheduling, and resource planning
- Manage logistics performance, operational efficiency, and service delivery standards
- Supervise operational teams and coordinate cross-functional activities
- Support operational reporting, budgeting, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments
- Monitor compliance with healthcare operational procedures and company standards
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and efficiency
- Assist with strategic planning and organizational growth initiatives
- Maintain effective communication with leadership and operational teams
- Ensure high standards of operational support and coordination
- Support process improvement and workflow optimization initiatives
Requirements
- Experience in healthcare operations, logistics, administration, operations management, or related leadership roles
- Strong communication, organizational, and team leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional environment
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to operational efficiency
- Comfortable working in a collaborative and fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of logistics coordination, operations support, or healthcare services is an asset
- Experience with reporting, scheduling, or operational planning preferred
- Open to candidates from healthcare, logistics, operations, administration, or service management backgrounds
- Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience preferred but not mandatory
