Strategy & Governance
- Define and execute the global procurement strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Establish scalable governance, policies, and decision frameworks.
- Lead procurement transformation and maturity roadmap.
Organizational Leadership
- Design and develop the procurement organization and talent pipeline.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members.
- Drive succession planning and capability development.
Value Creation & Performance
- Own procurement budget governance, long-term cost structure, and financial performance in partnership with Finance.
- Own procurement performance (cost, service, risk, innovation).
- Drive strategic sourcing, value analysis, and long-term partnerships.
- Ensure contract coverage and compliance.
Supplier & Risk Management
- Lead strategic supplier partnerships.
- Oversee risk mitigation, dual sourcing, and contingency planning.
- Manage geopolitical, regulatory, and capacity risks.
Digital & Process Excellence
- Lead digitalization and reporting roadmap.
- Implement data-driven performance management.
Executive & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as procurement representative at advanced level.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, Legal, R&D, Marketing and Supply Chain.
- Lead annual procurement planning, budget cycles, and multi-year cost optimization roadmap.
