Role Description
The Senior Director is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Antioch, TN, responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, and guest satisfaction across assigned restaurants or functional areas.
This role leads and develops multi-unit or departmental leaders, setting clear performance expectations, providing coaching and mentorship, and ensuring consistent execution of brand standards.
The Senior Director partners closely with cross-functional teams such as operations, finance, HR, training, and marketing to implement strategic initiatives and support growth.
Daily responsibilities include analyzing key performance metrics, optimizing labor and food costs, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and elevating the guest experience.
The person in this position also champions company culture and values, leads change initiatives, and builds strong talent pipelines to support long-term organizational success.
Qualifications
- Proven senior leadership experience in multi-unit restaurant, hospitality, or retail operations, with a track record of delivering strong financial and guest satisfaction results.
- Strategic planning and execution skills, including the ability to set goals, develop action plans, manage budgets, and analyze performance metrics to inform decisions.
- People leadership capabilities, including talent development, performance management, coaching, and building inclusive, high-performing teams.
- Operational excellence skills, such as process improvement, quality and service standards implementation, and adherence to safety, health, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Change management and problem-solving skills, including the ability to navigate ambiguity, drive organizational initiatives, and resolve complex issues calmly and effectively.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of leadership and decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Ability to work on-site in Antioch, TN, with regular visits to restaurant locations and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as business needs require.
