Role description
Part-time hybrid Senior Director role based in Dubai, with flexibility to work from home some of the time.
Provide strategic leadership for educational programs, aligning them with the organization’s mission and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee regional initiatives and guide school leadership teams.
- Foster collaboration across schools.
- Monitor performance indicators and lead improvement projects.
- Support innovation in teaching and learning.
- Engage families, communities, and partners.
- Contribute to organizational planning, budgeting, and reporting.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated education or related-sector leadership, strategic planning, and oversight of multiple teams or sites.
- Background in curriculum development, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of teaching and learning.
- Ability to build partnerships, communicate with diverse stakeholders, and represent the organization externally.
- Experience managing budgets, resources, and organizational change in a complex or multi-school environment.
- Advanced problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills; ability to use data to guide policy and practice.
- Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Fluent English; familiarity with European education systems or the Dutch context is an advantage.
