About This Role

Scoop of WorkOverview Digital, social media & Communication Management Professional Support Services will be responsible to enhance the organization's digital footprint, ensure consistent brand messaging, and strengthen engagement with key audiences across digital platforms. The professionals will support the planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization of digital and social media strategies. This includes managing content calendars, social media accounts, digital campaigns, analytics, and coordination with internal teams to align messaging with the overall communication strategy.

Key Responsibilities Digital and Social Media Strategy Development·

1.Design and implement digital and social media strategies aligned with the organization's communication objectives. ·

2.Conduct platform-specific planning (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) based on audience insights and trends. ·

3.Define measurable goals (reach, engagement, click-through rates, conversions) and set KPIs accordingly.

Social Media Content Man ·

1.Create, schedule, and manage original content (text, graphics, video) across digital platforms. ·

2.Ensure consistent messaging, tone, and visual identity across all social channels. ·

3.Maintain and manage a content calendar to coordinate campaigns, events, and special initiatives.

4.Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and mentions across platforms.

Digital Campaign Execution

1.Plan and run digital campaigns including awareness, or event promotion.

2.Coordinate with designers and videographers to create engaging multimedia content.

3.Proactively engage with stakeholders, followers, and influencers to grow digital presence.

Monitoring, Reporting, and Optimization

1.Provide performance reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.

2.Conduct social listening and sentiment analysis to inform content strategy.

Website and Content Updates

1.Support basic website content management.

2.Upload posts, press releases, event information, and announcements.

3.Ensure digital content accessibility, accuracy, and alignment with current branding.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. 15 years (senior level) of proven experience in digital communications, social media management, or a similar role, ideally in a regulated industry.

2.Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.

3.Strong writing skills with attention to tone, clarity, and platform-specific character limits.

4.Strong attention to detail, creativity, and adaptability to digital trends.

5.Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple digital initiatives simultaneously.
