Senior Digital Project Manager (Interim/Freelance Contract)

• are supporting a high-profile organisation in the UAE undergoing significant business and technology transformation and we’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple strategic workstreams.
• This role will sit across three key initiatives across Microsoft infrastructure, complex SaaS platforms and SAP, providing senior oversight, governance and delivery leadership across the full programme and PMO setting.
• You’ll engage directly with senior stakeholders and Steering Committee members internationally, manage key interdependencies and risks and work closely with vendors, other PMs and business owners to drive progress across a complex, evolving landscape.

• 👉 Provide programme oversight across infrastructure, SaaS and SAP workstreams
• 👉 Engage with senior stakeholders and Steering Committee to communicate progress
• 👉 Identify risks, dependencies and emerging challenges across initiatives
• 👉 Drive planning, horizon scanning and forward-looking delivery management
• 👉 Coordinate vendors, business owners and project managers
• 👉 Support PMO governance, reporting and budget oversight
• 👉 Work hands-on with delivery teams to unblock issues and maintain momentum
• 👉 Act as the bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders

• 👉 Strong experience across Microsoft infrastructure, SaaS and/or SAP environments
• 👉 Comfortable operating at Steering Committee and executive level
• 👉 Able to quickly understand complex landscapes and changing priorities
• 👉 Strong risk management and dependency tracking experience
• 👉 Excellent communication skills across technical and business audiences
• 👉 Hands-on delivery mindset, not just governance oversight
• 👉 Experience leading or working within a PMO structure
