are supporting a high-profile organisation in the UAE undergoing significant business and technology transformation and we’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple strategic workstreams.

This role will sit across three key initiatives across Microsoft infrastructure, complex SaaS platforms and SAP, providing senior oversight, governance and delivery leadership across the full programme and PMO setting.

You’ll engage directly with senior stakeholders and Steering Committee members internationally, manage key interdependencies and risks and work closely with vendors, other PMs and business owners to drive progress across a complex, evolving landscape.

🔧 Key responsibilities...

👉 Provide programme oversight across infrastructure, SaaS and SAP workstreams

👉 Engage with senior stakeholders and Steering Committee to communicate progress

👉 Identify risks, dependencies and emerging challenges across initiatives

👉 Drive planning, horizon scanning and forward-looking delivery management

👉 Coordinate vendors, business owners and project managers

👉 Support PMO governance, reporting and budget oversight

👉 Work hands-on with delivery teams to unblock issues and maintain momentum

👉 Act as the bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders

✅ Notably, we’re specifically looking for someone who...

👉 Has led complex, multi-workstream technology programmes

👉 Strong experience across Microsoft infrastructure, SaaS and/or SAP environments

👉 Comfortable operating at Steering Committee and executive level

👉 Able to quickly understand complex landscapes and changing priorities

👉 Strong risk management and dependency tracking experience

👉 Excellent communication skills across technical and business audiences

👉 Hands-on delivery mindset, not just governance oversight

👉 Experience leading or working within a PMO structure
