Job Description

Global Tech College is an accredited U.S.-based career college offering accredited online programs focused on helping students, including veterans, gain job-ready skills and advance their careers.

Global Tech College is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize campaigns across high-performing U.S. marketing channels to recruit students into accredited online programs.

You will focus on lead generation and enrollment funnels, targeting U.S.-based students including veterans (GI Bill) and career-focused learners.

This is a performance-driven, execution role—not a branding or social media-only position.

Core Objective

Generate qualified U.S. student leads and support conversion into enrollments using proven higher education marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across major U.S. acquisition channels:

• Facebook Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)

  • LinkedIn (career-focused targeting)
  • Execute keyword-based campaigns targeting high-intent U.S. search queries such as:
  • “Online degree programs”
  • “GI Bill approved colleges”
  • “Career training programs online”
  • Manage and optimize leads from education-specific channels:
  • Veteran lead platforms (e.g., CollegeRecon)
  • Higher education lead aggregators
  • Build and optimize marketing funnels:
  • Landing pages
  • Lead capture forms
  • Retargeting campaigns
  • Support CRM-based marketing:
  • Email and SMS automation
  • Lead nurturing workflows
  • Lead routing to admissions teams
  • Monitor and improve campaign performance:
  • Cost per Lead (CPL)
  • Cost per Enrollment (CPE)
  • Conversion rates
  • Track analytics and prepare weekly reports using:
  • Google Analytics
  • Collaborate with admissions teams to improve lead quality and enrollment conversion
  • Should learn and implement new marketing technologies

Qualifications And Experience

  • 8 - 10 years of digital marketing experience
  • Hands-on experience with paid ads (Google Ads and Meta Ads)
  • Experience with lead generation campaigns
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Experience working with landing pages and campaign optimization

Skills

  • Performance marketing (paid search + paid social)
  • Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Marketing funnels & lead generation
  • Campaign analytics and reporting
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication

Compensation

  • Salary + Performance Bonus
  • Performance Bonus incentives based on lead volume and enrollments

Work Environment

  • 100% remote (work from home)
  • Must be comfortable working in U.S. time zone overlap
