Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s Degree, or a significant amount of relevant experience. Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Quantitative or Engineering Field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning or Supply Chain Management, with a strong understanding of demand planning, inventory optimization, production scheduling, or S&OP processes.
  • Preferred:
  • Hands‐on development experience in Palantir Foundry (Ontology, Code Repositories, Workshop, or data pipeline development) or equivalent experience building data‐driven applications, or,
  • Proficiency in modern programming languages, including:
  • Python for data transformation, analytics, and application logic
  • C++ for performance‐critical components
  • JavaScript and React for building interactive front‐end applications
  • SQL for querying, modeling, and optimizing large datasets
  • Special Skills:
  • Programming (proficient in multiple languages or software tools)
  • Design patterns in multiple front-end and back-end frameworks
  • Proficient in Data Engineering
  • Proficient with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Proficient with Version Control, DevOps & CICD
  • Technical Writing and Diagramming
  • Analysis (Technical, Business, or Data)
  • Soft Skills:
  • Communication: Providing technical guidance and mentorship.
  • Problem-solving: Designing and architecting software solutions.
  • Mentoring: Providing guidance to junior team members.
  • Leadership: Leading software development projects and teams.
  • Collaboration: Working with stakeholders to define project requirements.
  • Continuous Learning: Staying updated with industry trends and technologies.
  • Creativity: Innovating new approaches to development design and optimization.
