Company Description
Aseel Holding is seeking a Senior Development Architect to support the evaluation and development of real estate opportunities across Saudi Arabia.
This role goes beyond traditional design; it focuses on transforming land into feasible, market-driven, and commercially viable development concepts.
Role Overview
You will support land analysis, contribute practical insights to development concepts, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to produce
structured, investment-focused project outputs
.
You will work closely with internal teams to support development direction and project alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze land and assess development potential based on KSA municipality regulations
- Prepare preliminary land layouts in AutoCAD to support development analysis and concept discussions
- Provide practical input on project concepts and development potential, including maximum build scenarios, based on KSA experience
- Support feasibility studies by gathering inputs, coordinating with the finance team, and aligning design concepts with financial assumptions
- Coordinate with:
- Municipality consultants / authorities
- Market research teams
- Finance team (CFO)
- Graphic designers for presentation development
- Structure and organize development presentations and reports by defining content, data, and key messaging
- Support internal discussions by sharing project insights and incorporating feedback into structured presentations, reporting back to the Managing Director
- Contribute to land acquisition discussions and assist in real estate negotiations
- Ensure alignment between design concepts, KSA regulations, and commercial considerations
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in architecture with exposure to real estate development
- Strong knowledge of Saudi municipality regulations and approval processes
- Experience in land analysis, feasibility, and development planning
- Good understanding of financial concepts related to real estate projects
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Confident in meetings and stakeholder coordination
- Previous experience in KSA is mandatory
Preferred
- Experience using AI tools in architectural concept development and visualization
- Background in real estate developers, investment firms, or feasibility consulting

Compensation
- 12,000 – 15,000 SAR, based on experience
