Senior Designer, Learning & Talent Development

ABM is hiring an Instructional Designer to support our ATS Sales organization in developing and delivering high-quality learning experiences that strengthen technical fluency, sales readiness, and client-facing capability.

In this highly visible and collaborative role, the incumbent will partner closely with ATS Sales leaders, technical subject matter experts, and Corporate leaders to understand current and future business priorities so that learning solutions are aligned to business goals and client needs.

The incumbent will own key learning components including instructional systems design, project management, curriculum development, and learning strategy, with a focus on creating scalable, practical, and business-aligned training programs that support ATS Sales performance and growth.

This is a Hybrid Role (in-office Mon-Thu).

The pay listed is the salary range for this position.
