Senior Design Researcher, WHOOP Labs Doha

Responsibilities

• Localize and execute complex research initiatives as part of multi-site data collection efforts to gather global design and product feedback.
• Collaborate closely with the WHOOP Labs Boston team to plan, execute, and analyze global design studies.
• Support localization of protocols for execution in Doha including any required changes to activities, session structure, or sample in collaboration with cross-site partners.
• Own research initiatives to support region-specific questions and remote global studies as a design research expert.
• Develop and maintain clear research plans, workflows, and deliverables, adapting to evolving priorities and constraints.
• Coordinate and own research timelines and dependencies using project management tools to ensure visibility and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate closely with other members of the WHOOP Labs Doha team such as Recruitment, Lab Management, and other Researchers to ensure successful end-to-end study delivery.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service to WHOOP Labs Doha visitors.
• Communicate research updates and findings clearly, translating complex insights into recommendations that inform decision-making.
• Support quantitative research requests from adjacent stakeholders that focus on understanding user behavior at scale, as needed.
