Senior Design Project Manager

Lead end-to-end execution of medium to high-complexity technology and automation projects

Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation

Serve as the primary customer and stakeholder contact

Lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration across engineering and business groups

Conduct customer design reviews and ensure project success

Support SOW development, business proposals, and strategic initiatives

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field

PMP Certification required

5+ years of project management experience

Experience managing technical, engineering, automation, or robotics projects

Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills

Proven ability to deliver projects within scope, schedule, and budget

Lead cutting-edge robotics and technology initiatives
