Senior Design Engineer

You’ll play a pivotal role in transforming infrastructure services, delivering safe, innovative, and practical design solutions. You’ll lead complex projects, carry out and review calculations, and ensure compliance with client, project, and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will guide early-stage options, define design intent, and ensure concepts work seamlessly from construction through commissioning. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, carry out site surveys, and interpret data to inform robust designs. You will lead technical delivery, resolve engineering challenges, and produce quality outputs, whilst engaging clients and stakeholders for approvals. As a people manager, you’ll coach junior engineers, foster team spirit, set clear objectives, and champion wellbeing, safety, and inclusion. You’ll manage tasks, support development, and uphold M Group’s standards and policies in every aspect of your work.
