Trucktec International FZE is looking for a Senior Demand & Planning Analyst to support demand forecasting, procurement planning, inventory control, and business reporting for our automotive spare parts operations.
This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who can work with large datasets, build clear reports, and turn analysis into practical actions that improve stock availability and planning accuracy.
What You Will Do
- Manage demand forecasting and planning across automotive spare parts categories.
- Analyse sales trends, stock levels, reorder needs, safety stock, and inventory coverage to support procurement decisions.
- Monitor stock availability, inventory turnover, fast-moving items, and slow-moving items, and recommend corrective actions.
- Build and maintain advanced Excel and Power BI reports for sales, purchasing, stock, forecast accuracy, and inventory performance.
- Analyse customer buying patterns, product movement, and automotive aftermarket trends.
- Provide clear dashboards, reports, and recommendations to support management decisions.
- What we are looking for
- Advanced Excel skills are mandatory, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas, forecasting models, and large dataset analysis.
- Advanced Power BI skills are mandatory, including dashboard development, data modelling, Power Query, DAX, and report automation.
- Solid understanding of demand planning, procurement planning, inventory management, and stock performance analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into clear actions and recommendations.
Experience And Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, procurement planning, inventory analysis, or sales analytics.
- Experience in the automotive spare parts or aftermarket industry is highly preferred.
- Proven experience creating management dashboards, automated reports, and analytical models using advanced Excel and Power BI.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business analytics, computer science, or a related field.
- Fluent in English.
