Senior Delivery Manager (Cloud and Developer Enablement)

Role overview

Agile project management

• Deliver Cloud and Developer Enablement products and capabilities across project lifecycle phases.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies; coordinate dependent teams and prepare execution plans.
• Manage milestones, approval gates, project status, risks, schedules, roadmaps, and capacity plans.
• Balance capacity and workload and support application releases and rollouts.

Stakeholder management and Scrum Master duties

• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and communicate expectations to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and issues requiring leadership attention and coordinate with engineering and product teams on delivery risks.
• Consult risk, legal, audit, and other stakeholders as needed.
• Maintain Agile practices, support teams through challenges, chair ceremonies, run retrospectives, and monitor progress.

Continuous improvement

• Improve processes and tools and align best practices across delivery teams.
• Participate in application audit activities, incorporate feedback, and adapt and learn frequently.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years managing and delivering complex software projects, including Cloud and Developer Enablement programs.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodology for IT project delivery and expert knowledge of project management practices, tools, and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical skills; creative and adaptable when identifying solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and executive audiences.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, relationship-management, and organizational skills; able to manage complex initiatives proactively and accountably.

Preferred certification

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) certification is preferred.
