The Senior DBA Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining enterprise databases to ensure high availability, performance, security, and reliability of business systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain database systems such as:
• Microsoft SQL Server
- Oracle
- MySQL
- PostgreSQL
- Monitor database performance and perform optimization and troubleshooting.
- Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Implement database security and access controls.
- Support database upgrades, patching, and migration activities.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity teams.
- Prepare technical documentation and operational reports.
- **Requirements*** Minimum 3+ years of experience in Database Administration.
- Experience with production database environments and backup solutions.
- Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and database security concepts.
