Model delivery and collaboration

• Deliver an advanced analytics project roadmap with business units and design and implement machine-learning models for business initiatives.
• Collaborate with product owners, business translators, data warehousing, and data engineering teams on big data applications using structured and unstructured data.
• Design optimal data architecture and experiment with new machine-learning techniques.
• Own end-to-end model delivery, regularly test and maintain analytical models, and adapt them to changing business needs.
• Support business translators in communicating model design, functioning, and output.

Documentation and team contribution

• Document reusable code and pursue personal technical development and learning goals.
• Mentor junior colleagues in their work and professional growth.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions within the centre and externally at meetups and conferences.
• Participate in and help plan cultural initiatives for the centre.

Requirements

• Ability to scope, design, and implement machine-learning models for business use cases.
• Ability to deliver and maintain analytical models end to end, including regular testing and adaptation to changing business needs.
• Ability to work collaboratively with product owners, business translators, data warehousing, and data engineering teams.
• Ability to guide and mentor junior colleagues.
