What You'll Do

Proactive Monitoring and Data Health

Design and own a monitoring framework for BrandIndex and Profiles, covering panel composition, sample quality, coverage, and key data health indicators across markets

Investigate anomalies and data quality signals, conducting root cause analysis and working with Data Operations and Engineering to resolve them

Methodology QC and Change Impact Assessment

Lead statistical QC on methodology changes - weighting updates, imputation changes, questionnaire amendments - assessing impact on key metrics and historical comparability before changes go live

Develop a structured change impact assessment process, with clear documentation of decisions, trade-offs, and expected effects

Work alongside the Change Control process to ensure methodology changes are evaluated and communicated consistently

Automation and Tooling

Build the scripted pipelines, alerting tools, and reproducible frameworks that make monitoring scalable rather than manual

Help the wider team get better at analytical tools and methods over time

Identify and introduce new tooling where it genuinely improves the team's ability to monitor and assure data quality

Stakeholder Communication and Governance

Translate analytical and statistical findings into plain language for Product, Commercial, and Client Services teams

Contribute to methodology documentation, data quality standards, and the Change Control process
