Role overview

Data management and analytics responsibilities

• Implement data governance, data quality, metadata, and data lifecycle management practices.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize data use cases with stakeholders in line with business objectives.
• Define KPIs for data value realization and the business impact of data initiatives.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.
• Develop and optimize data models using DAX, Power Query, and SQL.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Validate data accuracy and consistency across reporting sources.
• Present insights and recommendations to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Prepare documentation and support knowledge transfer to business users.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in data management, business intelligence, and analytics.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data value realization.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and SQL.
• Experience translating business needs into dashboards, KPIs, and actionable insights.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Native Arabic speaker and fluent in written and spoken English.

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with Saudi NDMO standards and requirements.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms and data integration processes.
• Relevant certifications such as CDMP or Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
