Work with senior consultants to help clients drive performance through data-driven, actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse client business models and identify value and performance drivers.
- Identify data gaps, process inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities in business processes and reporting systems.
- Translate complex client requirements into reporting and dashboarding needs.
- Facilitate client workshops and discussions on goals, challenges, and data solutions.
- Define, track, and analyse financial and operational KPIs aligned with client objectives.
- Design dashboard mock-ups and wireframes using Excel or Power BI.
- Conduct financial and operational analysis, identify trends, and mentor junior team members.
- Communicate findings through structured documents and verbal presentations.
- Collaborate with colleagues across regions and time zones.
Qualifications and Experience
- 7+ years of experience in data analysis, Power BI, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, P&L management, and KPIs.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.
- Power BI, Tableau, or SQL familiarity for visualization and reporting is highly desirable.
- Ability to critically analyse data and develop actionable insights.
- Experience mentoring junior team members.
- Strong communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and systematic thinking.
