Business Intelligence

• Partner with business stakeholders to design tools, techniques, metrics, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Drive analysis that delivers meaningful insights into business strategies.

Data Management

• Support data quality principles covering metadata, lineage, and business definitions.
• Collaborate with technology teams on security mechanisms and data access governance.
• Build and execute tools that monitor and report on data quality.

Required Qualifications

• Quantitative Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of data analytics experience, or a Master’s degree expected by the scheduled start date.
• At least 1 year of experience with a scripting language.
• At least 1 year of experience using a business intelligence visualization tool.
• At least 1 year of experience querying, analyzing, and working with data languages and platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics discipline.
• At least 2 years of coding experience in Python, R, Spark, or SQL.
• Experience with Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Experience using and developing within AWS services.
• Experience with data governance, data quality management, and data quality tools.

Workplace

• The role is hybrid, with associates expected to spend three days per week in the office.

Compensation

• The annual salary range for McLean, Virginia is $111,200 to $126,900 for the Senior Data Analyst role.
• The role may also include performance-based incentive compensation such as cash bonuses or long-term incentives.
