Responsibilities

• Forecast network capacity versus patient demand across all 50 state markets and multiple care programs to guide supply investments.
• Provide measurement and insights supporting clinician recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
• Measure clinical quality, therapeutic alliance, and patient panel balance at clinician and market levels.
• Design and run experiments with Product and Engineering on scheduling experiences and clinician-facing features.
• Explain Network performance metrics, connect findings to OKRs and clinical and financial outcomes, and present insights to leadership.
• Contribute to AI-powered analytics infrastructure; develop and document data models behind KPI reporting and agentic analytics.
• Solve ambiguous problems using systematic, scalable approaches.

Qualifications

• Requires 8+ years of analytics experience and a master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Requires expert SQL and cloud data warehouse modeling, with clean, performant, documented code; BigQuery/GCP is given as an example.
• Requires hands-on experience scaling dbt projects, including testing, documentation, and governed metric definitions.
• Requires strong forecasting and econometric modeling; operations research methods are ideal.
• Requires experience designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests and other experiments.
• Requires data visualization proficiency, such as Tableau, and fluency with AI tools and MCPs.
• Requires clear business recommendations and excellent written and verbal communication.
