GXO is seeking a Senior MI Analyst for its M&S site, supporting customer order fulfilment with management information.
The role is full-time and permanent, with typical hours approximately 08:00–16:00 and some flexibility around start and finish times.
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, timely and reliable reporting for customers, site management and the wider business.
- Lead development and implementation of reporting methods, dashboards and custom applications.
- Support business projects and work with network and technical teams to drive adoption of tools and technologies.
- Use data to support stakeholders, improve reporting processes and maintain service standards.
- Champion continuous improvement and contribute to data infrastructure design and implementation.
Requirements
- Strong experience in MI reporting, data analysis and visualisation; Power BI and SQL experience is ideal.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage workloads and drive positive change in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving, planning and prioritisation; able to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power Platform applications, with a continuous improvement mindset and collaborative approach.
Pay and benefits
- Salary up to £45,000 per annum.
- Benefits include 33 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays, dental insurance, pension, online GP service, life assurance and employee assistance.
