Senior Data Analyst

Position summary

Primary responsibilities

• Analyze and report internal and external supply chain datasets using statistical methods to derive trends.
• Create quantitative insights and intuitive visualizations for leadership and the broader supply chain organization.
• Combine data from multiple source systems into harmonized global metrics and insights.
• Collaborate across SDA, vendor management, brands, business, technology, corporate responsibility, and external partners.
• Help identify and prioritize use cases with product management, the SDA team, and global stakeholders.
• Gather requirements with business analysts, create visualizations and wireframes, and document requirements for analytics delivery.
• Support design, development, and management of interactive Lighthouse reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Test and validate deliverables against functional and technical requirements and quality guidelines.
• Work with project and technology partners to address issues and identify solutions.
• Perform variety, hypothesis, and causal analyses and communicate insights.
• Independently manage day-to-day and ad hoc analysis requests for PVH Supply Chain business groups.

Qualifications and experience

• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data & Analytics, Engineering, Science, or a similar quantitative field is required.
• A master’s degree is a plus.
• Strong ability to create clear, intuitive, meaningful data visualizations and BI deliverables.
• The ideal candidate can build datasets, reports, and dashboards and take projects from concept to delivery.

Team environment

• The role is part of the existing Supply Chain Data & Analytics team in the Bangalore office.
• The analyst reports to the Senior Manager, Data & Analytics in Bangalore and works with peers and business teams across North America, Europe, and Asia.
• The team works across multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
