Senior Data Analyst

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Analyze internal and external supply chain data and use statistical methods to identify trends.
• Create clear, intuitive visualizations and quantitative insights for leadership and the broader supply chain organization.
• Combine data from multiple source systems to develop harmonized global metrics and insights.
• Collaborate with SDA peers, business teams, technology teams, vendors, and external service partners.
• Identify and prioritize use cases with product management, SDA colleagues, and global stakeholders.
• Gather and document requirements, then develop visualizations and wireframes for approved use cases.
• Support interactive reports, dashboards, and visualizations on Lighthouse in line with business needs and the product roadmap.
• Support quality-guided testing and validation against functional and technical requirements.
• Resolve delivery issues with project and technology partners and communicate analytical findings.
• Manage day-to-day and ad hoc analysis requests and contribute to Lighthouse platform development.

Qualifications and experience

• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• A bachelor’s degree in Data & Analytics, Engineering, Science, or a similar quantitative field is required.
• A master’s degree is a plus.
• The ideal candidate has experience building data sets, reports, and dashboards and creating intuitive visualizations.
• The ideal candidate is curious, self-motivated, and able to take projects from concept to delivery.

Team environment

• The position is based in PVH’s Bangalore office and reports to the Senior Manager, Data & Analytics.
• The role works with teams and stakeholders across North America, Europe, and Asia.
• The team is fast-paced, collaborative, and works across multiple initiatives.
