Senior Data Analyst

About This Role

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team in Riyadh. The role is responsible for delivering advanced data analysis and insights that support operational contract performance, decision-making, and continuous improvement.

The Senior Data Analyst will lead complex analytical projects, working closely with contract managers and senior stakeholders. The role focuses on transforming data into actionable insights that drive efficiency, compliance, and strategic performance improvements across operational contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of advanced analytical models and reporting frameworks.
• Translate business requirements into actionable data-driven insights
• Identify performance risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Support forecasting, benchmark, and predictive analytics
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across reporting systems
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Act as a subject matter expert in analytics within an operational environment
• Support continuous improvement and innovation in reporting and analytics
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and data security standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
• 4–7+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Science
• Strong knowledge of statistical and analytical methodologies
• Experience working with large and complex datasets
• Advanced skills in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau)
• Experience with Python or R is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills with ability to present to senior stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
