Role overview
Support and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations in collaboration with technology teams, business stakeholders, and a managed service partner.
What you’ll do
- Support incident, problem, and event management; escalate complex D365 issues to senior team members or third-party providers.
- Monitor and maintain D365 environments, including basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and reporting.
- Provide first-line support to D365 users and resolve routine queries and requests.
- Follow processes supporting information security, risk, SOX, and audit compliance.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance for D365 releases.
Who you are
- Relevant knowledge or experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- Experience with Azure-based integrations, and knowledge of Power Platform and Microsoft Azure services such as Logic Apps and Event Grid.
- ITIL awareness.

- Hybrid role based in Basildon.
