We are looking for a **Senior Cybersecurity & Risk Manager** who will take ownership of our security strategy and risk management framework.

Security Strategy Ownership

Risk Management

Incident Response Leadership
Oversee detection, response, and recovery processes for security incidents, ensuring minimal impact.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure adherence to international standards and regulatory requirements (ISO, NIST, GDPR where applicable).
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor cybersecurity professionals, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management
Communicate security risks and strategies clearly to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience
8+ years in cybersecurity or information security, with at least 2–3 years in a senior or leadership role.
Certifications
CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certifications are highly preferred.
Technical Expertise
Strong knowledge of threat management, SIEM tools, cloud security, and risk frameworks.
Leadership
Proven experience managing teams and driving organization-wide security initiatives.
Communication
Ability to translate complex security concepts into clear business language.
Mindset
You are proactive, detail-oriented, and resilient.
You anticipate risks before they become incidents and balance security with operational efficiency.
