We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity & Risk Manager who will take ownership of our security strategy and risk management framework. This is not just about monitoring threats—you will define policies, lead security initiatives, and ensure our organization and clients operate with confidence. You will guide a team of specialists while aligning cybersecurity with business priorities. You are the voice of security in critical decision-making discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

Security Strategy Ownership:
Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, standards, and frameworks aligned with business goals.

Risk Management:
Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks across infrastructure, applications, and operations.

Incident Response Leadership:
Oversee detection, response, and recovery processes for security incidents, ensuring minimal impact.

Compliance & Governance:
Ensure adherence to international standards and regulatory requirements (ISO, NIST, GDPR where applicable).

Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor cybersecurity professionals, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Management:
Communicate security risks and strategies clearly to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
8+ years in cybersecurity or information security, with at least 2–3 years in a senior or leadership role.

Certifications:
CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certifications are highly preferred.

Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of threat management, SIEM tools, cloud security, and risk frameworks.

Leadership:
Proven experience managing teams and driving organization-wide security initiatives.

Communication:
Ability to translate complex security concepts into clear business language.

Mindset:
You are proactive, detail-oriented, and resilient. You anticipate risks before they become incidents and balance security with operational efficiency.
