Key Responsibilities:

Security Strategy Leadership:
Define and implement cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and best practices across the organization.

Risk Management:
Identify vulnerabilities, assess risks, and deploy mitigation strategies to protect systems and data.

Incident Response:
Lead the response to security incidents, ensuring rapid resolution and continuous improvement of defense mechanisms.

Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.

Compliance and Governance:
Ensure adherence to international security standards and regulatory requirements relevant to the region.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with leadership and technical teams to integrate security into all stages of product and infrastructure development.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
7+ years in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.

Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of network security, cloud security, threat intelligence, and security operations.

Certifications:
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly preferred.

Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead teams, manage incidents, and communicate complex risks to non-technical stakeholders.

Mindset:
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing strong security practices with business efficiency.
