About This Role
Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to support our cybersecurity operations, assisting in threat monitoring, detection, and response.
Responsibilities
- Monitor cybersecurity alerts and system logs under supervision using security monitoring and SIEM tools.
- Assist in identifying cybersecurity incidents and potential threats.
- Support incident response activities, including initial investigation and documentation.
- Assist with vulnerability assessments and remediation tracking.
- Support implementation of cybersecurity policies, standards, and controls issued by NCA.
- Maintain cybersecurity documentation, reports, and asset records.
- Escalate incidents according to established cybersecurity procedures.
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness, drills, and training programs.
Required Knowledge & Skills
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and threats.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, firewalls, routing concepts).
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows and/or Linux).
- Awareness of common attack types (phishing, malware, unauthorized access).
- Ability to analyze logs and security alerts at a basic level.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
- Hands on experience with ECC CCC by NCA audit exercise.
Preferred Certifications
- Security+
• CEH (Entry Level)
- NCA-recognized cybersecurity training programs
Mandatory Requirements
- Saudi National (mandatory requirement).
- Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of relevant IT or cybersecurity experience.
