Experience and capabilities
- Substantial complex, high-value B2B account-management experience and a record of client retention and growth are required.
- Experience influencing senior executives, procurement teams, and operational leaders is required.
- Experience with account plans, contract renewals, executive reviews, and service improvement is required.
- Commercial judgment, issue resolution, and the ability to mobilize internal teams are required.
- Strong reporting, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills are required.
- Microsoft Office and CRM-system skills are required; Accelo, WPM, or Dynamics experience is advantageous.
- Professional services, health, insurance, or workplace-services experience is advantageous.
Key responsibilities
- Manage strategic national accounts through planning and strong executive relationships.
- Translate client priorities into practical solutions and lead account plans, reviews, renewals, and relationship mapping.
- Demonstrate client value through insights, performance reports, and executive reviews.
- Manage service risks and issues, partnering with clinical, consulting, and operational teams.
- Improve account-management practices, systems, and ways of working.
