Are you passionate about people, service, and growth? We're looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team and make an impact in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
What you'll do:
- Be the main point of contact for our existing clients – via phone and email.
- Provide professional support while building strong, long-term client relationships.
- Work with multiple internal systems to ensure smooth operations.
What you bring:
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Business Administration or other related field – an advantage.
- Native level in Hindi (knowledge of additional local languages – a plus!).
- Previous customer service experience – an advantage.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
- Good command of MS Office.
